Brad Fauss

Brad Fauss is Brightwell’s Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, leading legal and compliance to ensure Brightwell’s products and services are built and delivered in a compliant, responsible way. He brings more than 25 years of fintech legal, compliance, and regulatory experience and previously served at Brightwell as EVP of Operations and General Counsel.

Prior to returning to Brightwell in 2025, Brad held senior legal roles at Global Payments, TSYS, and Wirecard North America, and served as President & CEO of the Innovative Payments Association. He holds a J.D. with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from Florida State University.
