How do I get help for a Western Union® problem?

You can open a support ticket with Brightwell or call the support phone number on the back of your Brightwell Card. We will contact Western Union® on your behalf.

Can I use Western Union® after I get my card replaced?

Yes, but you should open a support ticket so the team can confirm the correct card has been updated on file with Western Union®

What if I forget my Western Union® password?

Follow the password reset steps on the Western Union® webpage.

How do I send cash with Western Union?  

Log in to the Brightwell Navigator mobile app or website then select Cash Pickup. After you enter in the amount you wish to send, you will see Western Union as one of the providers to choose from.

Do I need my Western Union login?

If you are sending cash for pickup, you do not need to login to Western Union.

I can’t see Western Union in Cash Pickup.

Can I still use WesternUnion.com?

Yes, you can still use westerunion.com for money sending services. The rates on Western Union may be different than the rates you receive within the Brightwell Navigator application.

How quickly do the funds arrive?

Cash Pickup transactions are available for pickup within 24 hours. Typically, they can be available within minutes!
